A pas-dosé classic method sparkling wine from Lombardy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Berlucchi Guido. 100% Chardonnay, 2018 vintage. A Franciacorta that celebrates the Italian sparkling wine tradition, a Blanc de Blancs Dosaggio Zero (Zero Dosage) that expresses the purity of Chardonnay and the excellence of the classic method. Broad and deep, it features notes of dandelion and broom, yellow melon, and a finish with subtle toasted notes and crunchy almonds and brioche. On the palate, the wine is characterized by crisp acidity supported by excellent structure. The savory finish lends longevity and tension to the sip.
