Blanchard and Lurton is the first and only winery in Argentina that focuses exclusively in making world class white wines. Les Fous Sauvignon Blanc is a Single Vineyard selection sourced from their vineyards in the Uco Valley, at the base of the Andes Mountains. These chalky, volcanic soils contribute freshness and layers of floral and citrus characteristics to the wine producing an outstanding expression of this esteemed varietal with origins tracing back to the great white wines of Bordeaux.

A pure, perfumed and tropical nose with some golden berries and passion fruit. Quite intense and focused. The dry and clear palate delivers plenty of fruit with bright acidity and an elegant finish. Very bright on the nose with a subtle, mineral drive. Around 5% semillon in the blend, too.
