Description
Clean. Bright. Medium robe. Nice ruby red colour with blue glints on the rims that denote its youth. On the nose, intense. Aromatic sensation of sweet fruit. Sweet. Notes of very ripered fruits (strawberry) and black fruits (black plum). In the background there is a hint of violet.
On the mouth, young and cheerful. Young, fresh. Very fruity, again reminiscent of ripe red and black fruit. Balanced. Pleasant sensation in the mouth. Long, markedly fruity aftertaste.
It matches very well with ham tapas, spanish potato omelette. It can also be combined with rabas (fried squid) and fried fish.
