Description
The Tierra bianco from Viura, Malvasia and Garnacha bianca surprises with a freshness that is not typical for the region and a juicy fruit. Aromas of ripe apricots, some apple and a light touch of vanilla inspire both on the nose and on the palate. It looks fleshy, with a lot of enamel and shines with a wonderfully long finish. A wonderful accompaniment to fatty fish dishes, seafood, poultry, pasta and veal.
