The appearance shows a pretty yellow gold color revealing straw tints. The bouquet is fruity (apricot) and floral notes (white and yellow flowers). This elegant white wine has food concentration and pretty freshness with aromas of ripe, almost jammy yellow fruit with a floral freshness.

Vinification
Grapes were harvested at full ripeness in the night to retain all the aromatic freshness. The juice is extracted as quickly as possible to avoid any maceration.
