Description
Made with a majority of grapes from indigenous varieties to underline the multi-territorial approach of this wine, which embraces the whole country, Cuvée 16 offers the best of Italy. When they reach maturity, the grapes are not harvested immediately, but left on the vine for a few extra days to reach a certain over-ripeness. This increases the concentration of extracts, anthocyanins and sugars, giving the wine more structure. The result is an intense, vinous and intriguing wine, with a pleasantly long, fruity palate.
