Maturation for about 10 months in tonneaux and oak barrels French and Slavonian, minimum 6 months in bottle before marketing.
Characteristics of the wine: At the sight it is red with garnet reflections, not very intense, typical of a Nebbiolo in purity. Fruity and floral, reminiscent of intense cherry almost spicy, with a fresh citrus note.
Dry, warm, quite soft and with good tannins. Longevity of about 15 years
