Still red Langhe DOC, 14% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo, produced by Bruno Rocca – Rabaja. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Nebbiolo that embodies the passion and tradition of a family that has been linked to the Barbaresco region since the late 1950s. Vinification in stainless steel for 12-15 days and aging for 8-12 months in French oak barrels. Ample and intense fruity aromas, with notes of raspberry and black cherry. Bright ruby red color with garnet highlights. Harmonious, pleasant, and balanced flavor with an aftertaste of typical tannins. Serve at 14-16°C, ideal with meat, game, cheese, and pork.
