Still white Lugana, 13.5% ABV, produced by Ca Maiol. 100% Trebbiano di Lugana, 2024 vintage. A Lugana that expresses the elegance of the Garda terroir, with a clean and distinct identity. Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in bottle in the spring of the following year. Clean and distinctive, it offers aromas of green apple, lime, and wild thyme. Upon opening, it releases aromas of oats and white pepper. Straw yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, it is pleasant and smooth, perfectly balanced with a mineral finish. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes and delicate first courses.
