50% Sangiovese, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a subtle, elegant restrained wine with just a kiss of oak from its 20 months in large Botte/Casks. Of all of our wines, the MARZO has led the way in showcasing our submerged cap and extended maceration approach in the cellar. Fantastic old world results.
