Description
The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of cassis and fine hints of blackberry, ripe wild strawberry associated with slight touches of violet, black olive as well as a fine touch of mushroom, fine notes of garrigue and discreet hints of wild flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice freshness, an acid frame, finesse as well as a nice volume and good matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, fresh raspberry and fine notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, sweet spices, olive as well as discreet hints of wild flower and a hint of cornflower. Tannins are fine and slightly dusty. Good length and persistence with notes of fruits and discreet toasted hints and sweet spices.
