On the nose, it remains respectful of the grape variety and winemaking, offering the classic hydrocarbon notes that later harmonize with hints of saffron and dried apricot. In the mouth there is a pleasant plumpness, but also a touch of freshness that makes it pleasant to drink.
Vinified only in steel, it rests at least 2 years in the bottle.
