Winemaker Notes

This wine has a deep purple color with concentrated raspberry, blackberry and cherry pie flavors and aromas of white pepper, Earl Grey tea, cured meat and mocha. The wine is medium bodied with balanced tannins that contribute to the round smooth texture. Nice acidity is followed by a long finish with nuances of dark berry fruit. This wine is a classic cool climate Syrah with a balanced acidity and true varietal characteristics.
