This wine reflects our desire to deliver wines that are connected to the land. Here we have taken beautiful, whole bunch fermented Syrah and raised it in an ancient native Totara barrel. The wine exhibits a vibrant intensity of aromatic spices and black fruit. Bottled without addition to allow it’s pure self full expression. Dark colour, substantial fruit weight and fresh acidity are the hallmarks of this wine. Enjoy now or any time
