Description
Salina IGT aromatic still white wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Caravaglio. 100% Malvasia di Lipari, 2024 vintage. A wine born from Nino Caravaglio’s passion for the island of Salina, with a history dating back to 1989. Fermentation of the grapes occurs exclusively with native yeasts at a controlled temperature. Elegant on the nose, it presents itself: white flowers (jasmine) give way to fruit (apple, grapefruit), and then aromatic herbs. Decisive salty notes and a long finish on the palate, a wine that expresses the soul of the terroir.
