Description
A dry sparkling white wine from the Marche region, 11% ABV, produced by CasalFarneto. This wine is made using a process known as “ancestral” fermentation with spontaneous refermentation in the bottle. The aroma is intense, fresh, and citrusy, with fruity notes of green apple and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is savory, fresh, and crisp. A wine that showcases the Marche winemaking tradition in an increasingly modern and natural way.
