The Pastel Rosé is a press rosé combining the delicacy of Syrah with a touch of Viognier. The grapes are pressed together, then the wine is aged for 3 months in cement vats, before being sub-drawn and bottled. No wood is needed for breeding.
For an extended pleasure, pair the Pastel with a nice seafood platter or a beef and parmesan carpaccio.
