3 Vineyard Pinot begins with perfect garnet color, as ones nose is immediately met with elegant cherry, black cane fruit, and beautiful floral aromatics the intensity of a florist shop or big orange stamens. The palate shows low to moderate tannins, silk nap, a nice bitter accent on finish, and age-worthy acid. Warm a sip on the tongue and layers of pie cherry, chocolate, sage, mint, rose petal, juicy summer strawberries, slight toast, and vanilla develop on the palate.
