Description
Pinot Grigio Puiten, 13.5% ABV, produced by Colterenzio in Trentino-Alto Adige, 2024 vintage. 0.75 L bottle. A wine born from the passion of 26 winemakers who founded the Colterenzio cooperative in 1960 with the goal of producing high-quality wines. Cold fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel. Part of the must ferments in large wooden vats with regular batonage. Aged for 10 months on the lees. Pleasantly fruity bouquet with hints of quince, pear, and melon. A Pinot Grigio with character and a lovely freshness.
