Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Colterenzio. 100% Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc born from the passion of 300 winemakers who have always pursued quality. Controlled fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel for approximately 14 days. Only a portion of the must ferments in large wooden vats; the rest remains in stainless steel. Aged after 6 months of separate maturation on the lees, the wines are carefully blended and bottled. Bright yellow with greenish highlights. Intense fruity notes of elderberry, acacia blossom, and sage. Purely fresh on the palate with a subtle mineral finish.
