Description
Color: At sight it has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Perfume: The nose is complex, floral notes attributable to linden and chamomile (yellow flowers) are perceived. And notes of white pulp fruit such as peach and melon, over the years it tends to release other descriptors associated with smoky notes, hay and hydrocarbons. Taste: The taste is very balanced, particularly savory and persistent.
From two parcels between 90 and 200m above sea level, totaling 2.2 hectares; one is 7 years old, and the other is 40+ years old. Both sites face southeast and are trained guyot, and the vines are ungrafted.
