Including 3% Viognier, Billon’s 2018 Côte Rôtie Les Elotins is the entry level cuvée of the estate and offers a meaty, black-fruited style that carries medium to full-bodied richness, plenty of tannins, and notes of chocolate, crushed rocks, ground herbs, and pepper. Give bottles 2-3 years of bottle age.
