The Cuvée Vieilles Vignes “Les Croix”, Crozes Hermitage, 100% Syrah is made from vines over 50 years old and aged for 12 months on fine lees.A Crozes Hermitage where biodynamics is undoubtedly a factor with this difference: an incredible aromatic palette!It is like being in a garden of thyme, laurel, rosemary, mint…On the palate, it unfolds flavours of ripe red fruit, fresh pepper and smoked meat, with a nice intensity.
