Delightful And Strange Cabernet Red Mtn

We find this wine delightful,but not particularly strange. Washington State wines seem to still be under appreciated, but many examples we’ve tasted have a very bright, pure quality of fruitthisis no exception. The feel is nicely dry, not tannic, medium-weight, and the fruit reminds us of deep red berries and cherries, with just a little oak at the finish. A terrific food wine less jammy than many California Cabs in this price range.
