Dewar’s Double Double 21 Year Old is a rare and special blended Scotch whisky. Made through a unique four-stage aging process, this Scotch is finished in Oloroso sherry casks, adding subtle notes of cinnamon and ripe vine fruits, culminating in a silky smooth, long finish. This innovative four-stage aging method was developed by Dewar’s current Master Blender, Stephanie Macleod. The whisky is returned to the barrel four separate times to develop and mellow the flavor, resulting in our smoothest whisky yet. Dewars Double Double is also available in 27-year-old and 32-year-old versions. The 27-year-old is finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks, while the 32-year-old is finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
