Still organic red wine, Chianti Classico Novecento Riserva DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Dievole. 95% Sangiovese, 3% Canaiolo Nero, 2% Colorino, 0.75 l bottle, 2021 vintage. A Chianti Classico Riserva that embodies the soul of Tuscany, with a history rooted in the heart of Chianti Classico. Harvest begins in early October. Fermentation: 14 5 days in 75Hl rough concrete vats at a maximum temperature between 26 and 28°C. Aged in 41Hl untoasted French oak barrels for approximately 17 months. Aged in bottle for at least 6 months. Intense aromas of ripe red fruit and spicy notes. Deep ruby red with garnet reflections. Full-bodied and balanced wine, with elegant and pleasant tannins. Good acidity and a marked minerality are evident. The finish is persistent and elegant.
