Produced since 3 generations, the classic vintage renamed since the vintage 2013 Drevon in reference to the work of Andre and Louis Drevon on the estate, is our traditional vintage, fruit of the assembly of our different plots, vinified and raised separately for 18 months in Barrels in the barrel cellar of the estate in order to maximize the value of each characteristic, before being combined to bring the benefit of their different wines to this cuvee.Infos techniques* Manual harvest, destemmed and crushed at the beginning of winemaking* The share of new barrels during the rearing period is 25%.* Moreover, this cuvee is composed of 98% Syrah and 2% Viognier.* Production 15 to 20,000 bottles per year.It has the advantage of being able to develop quickly a fondu of its tannins and thus allow to appreciate it as well from its first years or on the contrary within the framework of a later consumption.
