The nose is rich and expressive, with notes of ripe red fruits, cherry, plum, mixed with spices, liquorice, pepper, and notes of garrigue. The on the palate, very elegant, with fine and coated tannins, a medium balanced palate, both fresh and fat, and a lingering finish, always on spices, on blackberry jam, with some notes of cocoa. – Domaine Palon
