Description
Fairly dark salmon colour. On the nose, there are sweet spices, very ripe fruit and small touches of milk caramel. Precise, the entry in the mouth is both lively and vinous. The tight texture and concentration of this wine prove that we are here on a real meal rosé, dense, invigorating, to be enjoyed chilled on a platter of charcuterie (cold meats, mousses, terrines and aspics) or a Niçoise salad .
