Pessac Léognan Grand Cru Classé de Graves still white, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaine de Chevalier. Blend: 70% Sauvignon, 30% Semillon. 0.75L bottle, 2016 vintage. A white wine that embodies Bordeaux excellence, produced by a historic domaine with a history dating back to the 19th century. Intense, pulpy, intense, fresh, and complex nose. Aromas of grapefruit, orange, peach, and mango blend with balsamic (pine) and mineral (quartz, flint) notes. The entire Chevalier terroir is revealed in this magnificent nose. Crystalline, pale gold in color. On the palate, an exquisite and intense pulpy richness combines with a beautiful fruity acidity. A cocktail of spicy and soft white fruits releases very silky flavors. This sensation of sweetness reflects the perfect ripeness of the healthy fruit.
