A Sauvignon Blanc that expresses the finesse and elegance of the Loire terroir, a wine born from a passion for viticulture and the desire to create wines that tell the story of a unique terroir. Fermentation for 4-6 weeks with indigenous yeasts. Aged on the lees until March-April. A nose of great maturity, with refined, slightly exotic aromas.
