Description
Hachette Wine Guide 2007: “More than 13 ha halfway through the Coquette valley, on east-west slopes, composed of limestone and flint. The plot called the Clos du Paradis is reputed to be one of the best on the site. She is at the origin of this softness presented after a long maturation. A residual sugar content of 105 g/l, a golden, shiny dress, the scents of brioche, almond and ripe grape: it is a rare wine. The full-length final gives hope for a good future. There will be gourmet pairings, but why not enjoy this vouvray as an aperitif, for himself?”
