A white wine with a light golden colour, Bourgogne Aligoté has brilliant green reflections. It gives off fine notes of hawthorn, Williams pear and hazelnut on the nose. You will discover its aromas of small white flowers and spices on the palate.
Bourgogne Aligoté is best enjoyed young at 12/13° and can be kept for at least 5 years.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is also a wonderful accompaniment to parsley ham, pâté en croûte, shellfish, river fish and poultry.
