A white wine with a straw gold colour, the Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre Corps de Garde Blanc gives off aromas of toasted aromas, zang, cinnamon and very ripe fruit on the nose. You will discover its power and elegance on the palate.
The Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre Corps de Garde Blanc is drunk from its fourth year at 12/13° and can be kept for more than ten years depending on the vintage. It goes wonderfully with poultry, noble white meats, sea fish, pan-fried goose foie gras or cheeses (Mont d’Or, Epoisses, Langres, Soumaintrain).
