Winemakers Notes
A white wine with a golden colour, Saint-Bris Moury has sparkling green reflections. It gives off a slightly minty scent on the nose, which is found on the palate accompanied by tangy citrus fruits such as yellow grapefruit and lime and vine peach. On the finish, in addition to these fruity notes, you will discover the flint, priming side generated by the Portlandian’s scree terroir.
Saint-Bris Moury is best enjoyed from a very young age at 12/13° and can be kept for at least 7 years. It is ideal as an accompaniment to seafood, lobster, fish such as carp, tench, pike or red mullet terrine, cheeses such as goat cheese, comté, abundance or beaufort.
