A brut classic method sparkling wine from Languedoc-Roussillon, 12% ABV, produced by Domaine J. Laurens. Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc, 5% Mauzac, 5% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Crémant de Limoux born from the passion of a software engineer who reinvented himself as a winemaker. The estate produces only sparkling wines in the Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux AOC appellations on 30 hectares. Intense and complex aromas of citrus and dried fruit, honey with a hint of green apple. A well-rounded wine with a toasted bread flavor and an aftertaste of fresh fruit and lime.
