On the palate, the fruit stays dark and present but the rich earth, smoke and spice notes take center stage, making this one of Pascal’s most savory Pinot Noirs.The finish is earthy, smoky and firm, with the fine tannins helping push up the ripe fruit and black tea flavors that linger nicely. Decant for an hour now and enjoy at peak from 2025-2035+. A terrific Greves.
