Description
Very Bergeron at heart with its aromas of dried apricot, hazelnut and honey. A golden color that suggests a healthy and ripe harvest. The palate is fresh with a superb minerality where yellow and white fruits (lychee, yellow plum, apricot, peach) mix.

Aperitif, escalope of foie gras, crayfish terrine, scallops, bites of the queen, pike quenelles, fish with white butter, brilliant savarin.
