Still white wine from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Doro Princic. A Pinot Bianco DOC, 2023 vintage, born from the passion of a family that has been producing excellent wines for eighty years. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. A rich array of aromas on the nose, from floral hawthorn to fruity white peach, with mineral notes. On the palate, it is very persistent, intense, harmonious, and enveloping, a wine that captivates with its elegance and finesse.
