A still white wine from Collio, a renowned area of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Doro Princic. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the tradition of a historic winery, founded in 1960, with eighty harvests under its belt. The aroma of white melon is immediately evident, complemented by Kaiser pear, followed by delicate floral notes—wildflowers—and a subtle balsamic hint. Straw yellow in the glass. On the palate, it is dry and warm, with a perfect balance between softness and acidity, and a pleasantly bitter finish.
