55% Vermentino; 45% Grenache Blanc. This wonderfully agile and refreshing blend of Vermentino and Grenache Blanc belies any notion that a light white wine must necessarily be lacking in character, and it offers up an engaging, mildly minerally mix of fresh pears, flowers and lime zest in a nicely balanced package that is so very easy to drink. A lovely, palate-cleansing choice for washing down lighter seafoods of all sorts, it will make fine aperitif drinking on its own, and it is so well-balanced that it will hold up for several years without losing a bit of its sprightly gait.
