Description
A still white wine from Sicily, 12.5% ABV, produced by Eduardo Torres Acosta. Blend: 50% Minnella Bianca, Ansonica/Inzolia, Carricante, Catarratto Bianco Comune, Grecanico Dorato. A wine that speaks of the volcanic territory of Etna, a white born from a producer’s passion for his land. Spontaneous fermentation, two-day maceration on the skins without temperature control. Aged in concrete vats and old 2.28 hl barrels.
