Description
50% Sangiovese grosso da Brunello 50% Cabernet Sauvignon Soils Medium loam with sand and same argillaceous deposit. Harvested in last week of September, first week of October. Vinified in steel tanks with controlled temperature for 15/20 days. Then aged, Sangiovese minimum 48 months in oack casks from Slavonia Cabernet-Sauvignon minimum 24 months in barriques. Winery’s tasting Notes Color is deep, dark ruby red with purple reflection. On the nose ample, complex, intense, with wild berries, spices. On the palate full bodied, persistent, light tannic, soft and elegant of great structure.
