Description
A classic method sparkling rosé from Portugal, produced by Filipa Pato & William Wouters. Blend: 84% Baga, 16% Bical. Non-vintage, 11.5% ABV. A rosé born from Filipa Pato and William Wouters’ passion for authentic, unadulterated wines that express the true nature of the vineyards. The grapes are harvested in different locations, as early as August, to maintain their fresh, fruity character. Traditional method, secondary fermentation in the bottle, unfiltered and unrefined to maximize the natural aromas and preserve the quality of the bubbles. On the nose, it is very expressive with notes of strawberries, pomegranate, and anise. Fine perlage. On the palate, it is refined, creamy, relatively smooth, and has a very evident minerality. The mid-palate is fruit-driven, and the finish is dry and refreshing.
