Still organic white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Elisabetta Foradori. 100% Pinot Grigio. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Pinot Grigio born from the passion of Elisabetta Foradori, who has always sought harmony between man and nature. The grapes are aged in tinajas, terracotta amphorae, to enhance the purity of the fruit. The nose is a symmetrical oscillation of aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, walnuts, sweet spices, and mineral notes. Copper in color. On the palate, it reveals the grape’s strength, with almost tannic sensations and a lovely fresh-savory finish.
