WINEMAKER NOTES This ruby-colored dry Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of mocha, vanilla, tobacco, and dark fruit. Blackberry and cherries come through on the palate, and the tannins lend to a nice finish.SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS Pair this wine with a number of red meat dishes as well as red-sauced pastas.
