Still rosé from Tuscany IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tenuta Ammiraglia – Frescobaldi. A blend of Syrah and Vermentino, 2021 vintage. A rosé born in the heart of Maremma, where proximity to the sea combines with the typical vineyard practices for white varieties and a white winemaking process for Syrah as well. Manual harvest. The grapes were hand-picked with meticulous and rigorous selection of the bunches, starting at first light and always during the coolest hours of the day. Its bouquet is deep and intense, immediately intriguing with elegant notes of fresh fruit. On the palate, it is velvety and juicy, accompanied by sweet and spicy aromas. The characteristic mineral notes, elevated by elegant acidity, give Aurea personality, persistence, and depth on the palate. Its finish is long and complex.
