Morellino di Scansano Santa Maria, a still Tuscan red, 13% ABV, produced by Tenuta Ammiraglia – Frescobaldi. Blend: 85% Sangiovese and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born in the heart of Maremma, on an estate that combines tradition and innovation. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle. The bouquet features fruity notes of brandied cherries and plums that blend beautifully with spicy hints of pepper. A bright, intense ruby red color. On the palate, it is dry and warm, with an excellent balance between the structure of fine tannins and the acidity that provides freshness and enhances the aromas. The finish is ethereal and intense.
