100% Negrara fermented spontaneously in stainless steel. No sulphur was added to this wine. The vines for this estate tower over the alpine city of Trento, at some 700+ meters of altitude. The parcels of vines tended by Matteo Furlani who is the current custodian of his family plots high in the Dolomites.
