Description
Etna Rosso San Lorenzo Piano delle Colombe 2021 by Girolamo Russo, a still red from Sicily, 14.5% ABV, 100% Nerello Mascalese. This wine comes from the northern slopes of Etna, at 750 meters above sea level, where centuries-old vines sink their roots into mineral-rich volcanic soil. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 18 months in 500-liter oak barrels and a second-use barrique. On the palate, it expresses the elegance and minerality of the Etna terroir.
